I was checking the news links on Yahoo news, and all of a sudden I saw among all the usual articles, there is all-caps headline, I thought who is that dumb in the news media do this? Ah I see, it was Ann Coulter, she needs to fix her caps immediately.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced Tuesday that automakers will now have to meet a stronger-than-expected fuel economy standard of 31.6 miles per gallon for cars and trucks by 2015.
